A Stronger Boston Unites as One

With the beautiful spring weather here in Boston, it’s hard to believe that two years ago today the horrific 2013 Boston Marathon bombing occurred. Bostonians were forever changed from that historic tragedy, killing four people and injuring hundreds of others on a day where triumph, victory and personal achievement seemed meaningless.

As others sought to destroy our spirit, it is amazing to see the strength and resilience of our city two years later with $80 million in donations raised through One Fund Boston for victims and their families. Its triumphant victories and achievements such as these, that make Boston the amazing city it is.

Today, April 15, 2015, NaviNet celebrates the first One Boston Day to reflect upon that tragic day that made us all Boston Strong and to honor the victims, survivors and responders. Let random acts of kindness overshadow any act of violence today and every day.
